MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that a teacher is someone who is passionate about a subject and equally passionate about communicating to others.
Apart from being passionate about your subject and teaching, you need to be able to create a bond with the students; it facilitates easier flow of knowledge. Teaching is more of connecting with your class and your students. It is more about reaching out to your students.
I believe that a teacher should build a strong relationship with the student, such that the students are able to approach with their problems without hesitation, it then becomes a strong base for the teaching- learning process.
For me it is very important to recognize individuality in every student. I believe that every student has his/her own life, thoughts and feelings that he/she carries to the classroom.

As a teacher, I try to deliver the concepts to the best of my ability and modify the teaching strategies according to the need of the students.
I try to be with the advances in technology and believe t hat audio-visual, method is good for teaching a concept. However learning with experience or project/ practical based learning is best for understanding a concept.
A teacher, I believe is a leader who can show the path, motivate and lead by example.
My success lies in seeing my students succeed and I experience it when I see my students enter professional courses like, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology etc.
